Description

I've been exploring the old technique of light painting, which is lighting the subject with a flashlight in a dark room. I had been shooting flowers, but felt there was more to convey, so I added this jaw bone to create a unique bouguet. With the two forms juxtaposed, I was able to create an interesting still life image.
It's up to the viewer to decide what it all means, but there is life and death - and our short time in between.
The original file is large, it is 20x30 at 300dpi, so it will print very well at large sizes.
